We are hiring for a strategic Global Capability Center (GCC) that functions as a product and innovation hub for a global enterprise platform. This GCC leads design and product experience initiatives that influence worldwide users and developers. The team collaborates with engineering, product management, and research to build intuitive, user-centric digital products.
This is a high-impact role where design insights directly shape product direction and user experience across multiple markets.
Role Overview
As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead complex design initiatives, create meaningful user experiences, and contribute to UX strategy across platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and deliver elegant, engaging, and accessible user interfaces for global products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design from concept to delivery for web and mobile user experiences
Craft user journeys, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research) to align design with business goals
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to validate design decisions
Advocate for user-centric design and accessibility best practices
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering design excellence within the team
Develop and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and reusable components
Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and drive consensus
Ensure consistency and quality across experiences in multiple products
Required Qualifications & Skills
Design Expertise
6+ years of professional experience in product design, UX, or interaction design
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work and problem-solving
Expertise with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
Solid understanding of user research, usability testing, and experience metrics
Ability to translate complex user needs into clear, intuitive interfaces
Technical Skills & Tools
Proficiency with visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, color theory)
Experience building or maintaining design systems
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
Comfortable with prototyping tools and interaction flows
