This role is with a global technology-driven Global Capability Center (GCC) that serves as a strategic innovation and engineering hub for a leading multinational enterprise. The GCC owns end-to-end product development, platform engineering, and digital transformation initiatives that impact customers and developers globally.
The center works closely with global stakeholders across the US, Europe, and APAC and focuses on building secure, scalable, and cloud-native platforms. This is not a support or back-office role—the team drives core engineering, product innovation, and technology strategy.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade platforms used globally. You will work on modern web applications, APIs, and distributed systems, collaborating with product managers, designers, and security teams.
This role offers high ownership, exposure to global systems, and the opportunity to influence architecture and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and backend services
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based architecture
Work on cloud-native applications using modern DevOps practices
Collaborate with global product, UX, and security teams
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making
Ensure application security, performance, and reliability
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Strong experience in backend development (Java / Go / Python – any one)
Frontend experience with React / Angular / Vue
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Strong SQL and basic NoSQL exposure
Professional Skills
Experience working in product-led or platform engineering teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to DevSecOps or cybersecurity principles
Experience working with open-source technologies
Knowledge of system design and scalability patterns
Prior experience in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment
