Role Description

We’re looking for a performance marketer who has hands-on experience scaling app installs and

knows how to drive efficient acquisition across paid channels.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.

What you’ll do

Plan, execute, and scale app install campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google

(UAC / App Campaigns) and LinkedIn (for high-intent cohorts)

Optimize campaigns for installs, CAC, and downstream conversion (KYC, investment)

Continuously improve funnel metrics: CTRCPI → activation → conversion

Run rapid experiments across Creatives (static, video, hooks), Audience targeting & cohorts,

App store & landing page journeys

Work closely with product to improve app onboarding and conversion flows

Monitor attribution and performance using tools like AppsFlyer / Firebase / GA

Identify and unlock new growth opportunities and channels

Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on app installs

Proven experience running campaigns on Meta, Google App Campaigns, and/or LinkedIn

Strong understanding of mobile attribution, CPI, CAC, and L TV

Experience optimizing for post-install events (not just installs)

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, Google Analytics

Ability to move fast, test aggressively, and iterate based on data

Preferred Background

Experience in fintech / investment / trading apps

Understanding of user behavior in financial products (KYC, trust, drop-offs)

Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment

What success looks like

Scaled app installs efficiently (low CPI, improving CAC)

Improved install → KYC → first investment conversion rates

Built a repeatable, data-driven growth engine
