We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Sales Conversion: Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable professional courses to prospective customers, aligning with their career goals.

Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions.

Consultative Selling: Understand the customer’s requirements, address queries, and provide guidance to help them make informed decisions.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and outcomes using CRM tools.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.

Feedback Loop: Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve course offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education or professional development industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
