PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF YOUR ROLE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparing GST invoices for outbound domestic & export vehicles
• Preparing all other documents like E-way bill, VGM, Commercial Invoice, Packing
list etc for outbound vehicles.
• Ensuring shipping bills of export consignments are filed timely
• Coordination with transporters for inbound & outbound vehicles.
• Releasing of vehicles from company premises as per TAT after proper
documentation
• Ensuring freight bills of transporters are cleared within TAT
• Preparing freight MIS from time to time
• Tracking of consignments from end to end & preparing MIS
• Arranging deliveries of consignments
SKILLS
• SAP (ERP knowledge)
• Computer skills (MS office)
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Invoicing & documentation
• Graduate any
