Job Title: School Outreach Executive / Manager – NEET Courses

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, management, and faculty across CBSE, ICSE, and state board schools.

Drive outreach activities to promote NEET preparation programs and establish tie-ups with schools for seminars, webinars, and demo classes.

Conduct presentations and orientation sessions at schools to showcase the value and success of the company’s NEET offerings.

Coordinate and execute in-school events, career counseling sessions, and parent-teacher interactions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement region-specific campaigns and promotions.

Track and report outreach activities, leads generated, conversions, and partnership statuses.

Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at education fairs, conferences, and school summits.

Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to inform strategy.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or education-related degree preferred.

Prior experience in school outreach, education sales, or institutional marketing, preferably in the NEET/JEE test-prep segment.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned geography.

Ability to build trust-based relationships with school stakeholders.

Passionate about the education sector and student success.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of NEET curriculum and Indian school education system.

Fluent in English and local languages.

CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
