We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our sales operations in the designated region for our home furnishing products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the home furnishing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Revenue Generation:
Drive sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to meet individual and team objectives.
Market Expansion:
Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Explore untapped markets to expand the company’s presence.
Performance Monitoring:
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align strategies.
Provide market feedback to drive product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (8–12 years) in sales management, preferably in the home furnishing or related industry.
Strong knowledge of regional markets and customer behavior in the home furnishing sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
