Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies and execution across global and remote offices, with the goal of building a high-performance culture within the organization.

This role involves regular engagement with business leaders to understand capability needs, assess current talent, and align hiring plans with organizational growth strategies. You will also play a hands-on role in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

What You Will Be Doing

- Partner with stakeholders to execute the organization’s hiring strategy.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand organizational structure, roles, strengths, gaps, and key business drivers, using these insights to design effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify, approach, interview, and assess a diverse pool of candidates from junior to executive-level roles.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns, and engage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver a positive, engaging, and seamless candidate experience end-to-end.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and sourcing channels.
- Collect, analyze, and report on recruitment data and metrics.
- Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

About You-

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience

- 4+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team of talent acquisition professionals.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools, techniques, and channels.
- Tech-savvy with experience using GSuite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse or other ATS platforms.
- Comfortable working in high-velocity environments and able to move quickly to drive outcomes.
