About This Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Creative Content Marketer based in New Delhi, India. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of creativity, storytelling, customer-centricity, data interpretation, and strategic thinking.
What You Will Be Doing
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write compelling and creative copy for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and product descriptions.
- Develop messaging that aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and overall strategy.
- Craft clear and effective calls to action (CTAs) to drive audience engagement and conversions.
- Maintain a consistent brand narrative across all communications.
Campaign Development
- Collaborate with product, sales, design, and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas.
- Write copy for digital and offline campaigns including banners, landing pages, brochures, and print ads.
- Ensure campaign messaging is cohesive across all platforms.
Collaboration with SEO & Digital Marketing
- Work with SEO teams to incorporate best practices in web copy, blog posts, and product descriptions.
- Optimize content for digital platforms focusing on user experience (UX) and engagement.
- Align copy with performance goals (click-through rates, lead generation, conversions).
Collaboration with Design
- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to ensure copy complements visual elements.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align copy with broader marketing strategies.
Testing & Optimization
- Test copy variations (A/B testing for ads, emails, landing pages) to identify what resonates best.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize copy for better engagement and conversion.
Editing & Proofreading
- Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and brand guideline adherence.
- Ensure all copy is error-free and meets quality standards.
Content Strategy & Planning
- Assist business teams in developing content strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and maintain a content calendar for consistent output.
- Monitor content performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Market & Audience Research
- Research target audiences to understand behaviours, pain points, and motivations.
- Use market insights to create relevant and personalized copy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and market developments.
About You
You must be a self-starter, able to take initiative and manage your workload independently, operating with strategic vision, leadership, and cross-functional influence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience
- Proven experience as a results-driven Copywriter (2+ years preferred).
- Strong experience in audience-driven writing.
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-impact marketing content.
- Expertise in digital and print copywriting, branding, and tone of voice.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with global cross-functional teams.
