Description

Please note: This is a 5.5-day working role.

We are hiring a Partner Sales Executive to drive student conversions and revenue in an assigned region by building and managing a high-performing network of education agents and channel partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, moves fast, and delivers results through strong partner relationships. You will own partner performance end-to-end—including activation, training, lead quality, funnel movement, and conversions—while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless student journey from lead to application to enrolment.

Performance will be measured on conversions, revenue, partner productivity, funnel hygiene, and execution consistency.

What You Will Be Doing:-

Own Conversion & Revenue Outcomes

- Own regional student conversion and revenue targets through channel partners.
- Build and execute a clear plan to grow applications and enrolments month-on-month.
- Track and optimize funnel movement across lead, counselling, application, offer, and enrolment stages.

Build & Grow a High-Performing Partner Network

- Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential education agents within the assigned territory.
- Run structured partner rhythms including weekly check-ins, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching.
- Set clear expectations, success metrics, and accountability for partner lead handling.

Lead Partner Enablement & Training

- Train partners on offerings, processes, positioning, and student qualification standards.
- Ensure partners understand platform and workflow processes to minimize drop-offs and delays.

Field Execution & Market Expansion

- Spend significant time in-market meeting partners, running activation meetings, and supporting events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with operations, admissions, and processing teams to ensure high-quality applications and smooth turnaround times.
- Collaborate with marketing on local events, partner campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.

About You:-

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience

- 4+ years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in B2B sales, partner sales, or business development (education sector experience is a strong plus).
- Exposure to one or more of the following is highly valued:
- Education agent / channel partner ecosystems
- Study abroad / overseas education / admissions or recruitment services

Skills & Qualities

- Strong conversion mindset—you focus on outcomes, not just relationships.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured and disciplined in managing pipelines, cadence, and follow-ups.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for training and partner reviews.
- Solid reporting skills (Excel/Sheets, presentations) and disciplined CRM usage.

Additional Information

- Frequent travel and field engagement are required to succeed in this role.
- This role follows a 5.5-day work schedule.
