Position Overview:
**We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Curriculum Developer – Mathematics to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our content development team to design and develop engaging mathematics curricula that align with national educational standards. This role will involve researching trends in mathematics education, creating lesson plans and assessments, and using technology to enhance learning experiences. You will play a crucial part in fostering a love for mathematics among students by creating content that sparks curiosity and critical thinking.
**Key Responsibilities: **
● Collaborative Curriculum Design: Work closely with the content development team to design and create a comprehensive and engaging Mathematics curriculum that aligns with educational standards such as CBSE, ICSE, or other relevant syllabi.
● Research and Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest trends, topics, and best practices in mathematics education. Analyze these trends to inform and enhance the development of the curriculum.
● Lesson Planning: Develop detailed and structured lesson plans, hands-on activities, and assessments that promote inquiry-based learning and encourage students to think critically about mathematical concepts.
● Technology Integration: Use multimedia tools, interactive platforms, and other educational technologies to deliver mathematics content that engages students and makes abstract concepts easier to understand.
● Student Engagement: Create content that inspires students to explore mathematical concepts deeply, fostering an appreciation for the role of mathematics in the world around them.
● Continuous Improvement: Monitor feedback from educators and students to continually refine and improve the curriculum, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of learners.
**Required Skills and Qualifications: **
● Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge and understanding of mathematics, with the ability to break down complex topics into simple, engaging lessons.

● Prior experience in mathematics curriculum development for K-12 or other educational programs.
