Description

The Regional Manager for Admissions Abroad will be responsible for driving the expansion of Consultants, Agencies and success of our student admission programs to international institutions in the Mumbai region. This role requires a professional with experience in student counseling, profile building and establishing a network of admissions agencies abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling & Profile Building:

- Conduct indepth counseling sessions with students and parents, guiding them on suitable international study options based on their profiles, goals, and budget
- Develop customized profilebuilding strategies to improve students’ chances of admission to top international institutions.
- Assist students in preparing for language proficiency exams, admission tests, and personal statements.
- Provide expert guidance on course and university selection, visa processes, and financial planning.

Network Development

- Build and maintain relationships with a robust network of admissions agencies and counselors abroad to facilitate smooth application processing and enhance our institution’s credibility.
- Collaborate with international admissions offices and key stakeholders to improve the efficiency of application and admissions processes.
- Regularly liaise with education consultants and other partners to stay updated on the latest developments in international education and visa policies.

Marketing & Outreach

- Design and implement regional marketing initiatives to promote admissions abroad programs, including events, webinars and campus visits.
- ​Represent the organization at college fairs, educational seminars and workshops to create brand awareness and attract prospective
- Work with marketing teams to develop promotional content, such as brochures, guides and social media posts, highlighting the benefits of studying abroad.

Admissions Process Management

- Oversee the entire admissions process for students from application submission to visa processing and final enrollment.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurately prepared and submitted within deadlines.
- ​Monitor application status, provide updates to students, and offer solutions to any potential challenges during the admissions journey.
- ​Maintain detailed records and reports of applications, admissions statistics, and regional trends for future planning.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Business or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in student counseling, admissions for international education.
- Strong knowledge of international admissions processes, visa requirements and profile building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customerfocused approach
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks within the education industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and deadline-oriented
