Description
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within
the assigned territory.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential
clients, and promote our products and services.
● Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
● Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management.
● Implement corrective measures to achieve or exceed sales goals.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a unified approach to market
penetration and product promotion.
● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to
expand our network and brand visibility.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in the Edtech industry.
● Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue
growth.
● Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a team toward
success.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with
clients and stakeholders.
● Deep understanding of the Edtech market and familiarity with the latest trends and
technologies.
● Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
