Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of field sales
representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong
relationships with key customers to drive customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and
effectively present them to customers through demonstrations, trials,
and proof-of-concepts.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies
aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and expand
market share.
• Territory Management: Manage and optimize sales territories,
identifying new opportunities and ensuring efficient time management
and route planning.
• Team Development: Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance
reviews to foster a high-performing and engaged sales team.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence,
competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
and business decisions.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and
customer visit reports to track performance and identify areas for
improvement.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in field sales, with at least
2+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record of leading high-
performing field sales teams.
• Territory Management: Experience managing large territories and
optimizing sales efforts within those territories.
• Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales operations, strategy,
and performance management. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales
analytics, and metrics.
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute effective
sales strategies and plans.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with a
focus on building and maintaining a positive team culture.
• Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-
solving skills.
• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of products, features, and
applications.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
