Job Location: Mumbai ,Juhu office and flexibility to travel to noida at times.

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Designation: Associate Director Marketing

Key responsibilities:

Builds a detailed understanding of consumer trends, market players, industry dynamics, competitive set and customer challenges across the ed tech industry.

Creates, manages and implements media/marketing plans, budgets and programs, both short and long term, to increase revenues, awareness, and expansion of products.

Manages strategic direction and reporting on all marketing and pr related areas including but not limited to: Social Media, Websites, Digital, Email, Collateral, Press Releases and Media Engagements.

Identifies outside agencies and responsible for development of agency strategy.

Tracks and analyzes success of marketing campaigns and adjusts marketing strategies/budgets where needed based on performance metrics.

Support all internal communication activities including, but not limited to, updates, press release writing, newsletters and drafting speeches for company executives and assisting with senior management interviews with relevant preparation material

Oversees strategy, budget, and development of visual assets and arranges photo & video shoots as needed/appropriate.

Identifies partnership and sponsorship opportunities for joint outreach.

Prepares for and attends all strategic meetings, including weekly and/or monthly

Objectives of this role:

Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments

Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
