Job Description:** Inside Sales Associate**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective students and their families, understanding their educational aspirations, and guiding them toward enrolling in undergraduate programs. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for supporting students in achieving their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Engage with prospective students via inbound inquiries, database leads, and outbound calls.
- Maintain consistent engagement through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
Counseling & Selling:
- Identify academic interests and career goals of prospective students.
- Provide comprehensive details about undergraduate programs, including curriculum, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
- Address questions and concerns to facilitate informed decision-making.
Pipeline Management:
- Update and manage the CRM system with lead details, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Work toward achieving and maintaining a healthy lead-to-enrollment conversion rate.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams for seamless communication and lead handoffs.
- Prepare and share regular sales and activity reports with the manager, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Customer Focus:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with students and their families to ensure a positive enrollment experience.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or tele-counseling (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
