Overview:

As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the company’s

operations in Vietnam, focusing on international student recruitment study platforms. You will play a

pivotal role in driving growth, and revenue, expanding market share, and ensuring the successful delivery

of educational services.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

● Identify and develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies,

and other relevant stakeholders.

● Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and understand local

market dynamics.

● Develop and implement business plans, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns to achieve

revenue targets.

● Support decision-making by the leadership team through data analysis and forecasting.

● Manage all aspects of the student recruitment process including agent identification, training,

engagement, sales, and support

● Manage study abroad programs across the company’s key student destination markets

● Support the positioning, branding, and overall promotion of the company’s key student destination

markets

● Develop sound knowledge of the key student destination markets

Team Management:

● Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of sales representatives, country coordinators, and

other relevant staff.

● Provide leadership, guidance, and team support to ensure they are motivated and equipped to

achieve their goals.

● Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Operations Management:

● Oversee the day-to-day operations of the country office, including sales, marketing, customer

service, and administrative functions.

● Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

● Manage budgets and financial resources effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, local Government entities, and educational

institutions.

● Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

● Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field.

● Proven experience in a leadership role within the EdTech industry, preferably as a Country

Manager or similar position.

● Strong understanding of the international education market and its trends.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

● Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

● Fluency in English and the local language is essential.
