Role Overview:
Own and drive capstone success at the country level. Mentor students through real-world business setup, aligning with local market conditions, compliance, and innovation. Facilitate immersions and global mentorships, ensuring impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coach student teams through capstone journey: idea → MVP → pitch
● Mentor on business models, compliance, and localized go-to-market strategy
● Support business setup with market-specific strategies
● Facilitate mentor connects and pitch days.
● Design capstone toolkits, frameworks, and evaluation rubrics.
● Track progress, provide feedback, and contribute to curriculum development.
● Plan for business immersions aligning them with the capstone

● Business modeling and market strategy

● Fundraising and startup incubation knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:
● 4–6 years in startup mentorship, entrepreneurship, consulting, or social innovation
● Experience with NGOs, rural entrepreneurship, or crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter
● Backgrounds from startup accelerators, business consulting or organizations like UnLtd India
