Position – Academic Implementation Manager
Responsibilities
Academic Implementation Manager directly work with the mentors to ensure that our system is effectively implemented to achieve the desired learning outcomes. We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers.
• Design training modules for School leaders and Academic coordinators for implementing our AI based system
• Support and Monitor the execution of system in the partner institute
• Generate a report of the performance of student and teacher
• Build strong relationship with the clients
• Support AEMs to analyze student performance data and design interventions with multiple stakeholders to improve student learning.
• Visit schools at regular intervals to shadow AEMs, train teachers and ensure excellent execution of the system.
Requirements
• Very strong academic background
• Excellent people management skills.
• Fluent in Hindi, English, and regional language
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.
• Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days in a month.
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Excellent Training skills
• Laptop is mandatory.
