Main Responsibility Key Result Area

1
Customer Experience:
1. Responsible for achievement of planned profitability across product lines
and digital channels
2. Developing and implementing strategy to achieve sales goals across all
Digital channel
3. Working closely with all functions such as Campaign, call center, Website
and Alliances to ensure support required for achievement of budgets.
4. On an ongoing basis identifying gap area in the execution and give
specific inputs for improvement in all digital channels. Monitoring
implementation of these inputs as per agreed timelines
5. Developing product strategy for digital channels and coordinate with
product development and u/w team for development, filing and
approvals
6. Identifying and implementing Process Optimization for improving
customer experience, conversion rates and cost of acquisition

Distribution Experience:
1. Lead tech product teams to design & build architecture of product
platforms and drive product innovation
2. Contribute to company’s product vision, strategy, and performance
3. Work closely with engineering, Business, and support teams to manage
pre and post product development
4. Should be an experienced agile practitioner able to lead development
teams on multiple products
5. Should exhibit awareness of various technology stacks, operating & cloud
environments
6. Exhibit experience in building consumer products on tech platforms
(ideally in Financial services sector)
7. Have deep understanding of digital journeys and product adoption
drivers for consumer products
8. Abillity to build and manage digital payments such as eNACH, Standing
Instructions, Payment Gateways

Qualification and Experience Requirement
Education A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer science, is preferrable

Experience

• A digital savvy individual with 12+ years of experience in product management, with
the ability to think and adapt quickly to complex environments.
• Tech-savvy in evolving technologies: Automation, AI, Martech, Visual IVR, CRM, Social
& Messaging Ecosystems, Knowledge Management, Data and Performance
Management etc.
• Strong understanding of technologies supporting digital workforce/end user
capabilities & process management including API Management, Cloud technologies
and deployment.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, shifting priorities and handle multiple
projects simultaneously towards agreed upon goals and target dates.
• Quick thinking and adaptability to situations
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Problem solver, who can take the initiative and ownership to make things happen on
time
• Leader with an ability to train, coach, mentor and inspire team members
• Excellent communication skills
