Role Overview: A part of student experience team to oversee student journey delivery across a two-country region. Responsible for end-to-end cohort-level operations. This role will own immersions, documentation, student communication, and well-being, ensuring a consistent and top-notch student experience. Acts as the single point of contact for students from onboarding to term completion.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end cohort operations

● Execute regional immersions, events, and engagement programs

● Oversee and Assist students with visa processing, insurance, and compliance documentation

● Design and implement student communication plans and help desks

● Monitor and report satisfaction scores, queries, and resolution TATs

● Create student experience SOPs and optimize processes

● Drive consistent student communication and query resolution

● Handle student queries, grievances, and on-ground issues with empathy

● Cross-functional coordination with academic and non-academic teams

● Set up and streamline cohort-level processes

Competencies:

● Project management

● Proficiency in documentation, workflow tools, CRM tools

● Process design and optimization

● Knowledge of international student processes (esp. Visa & Insurance)

● Strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

● Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology

● Experience in student management within higher education, particularly in multicultural or multinational student environments
