About the Role:
As the Project Lead for the DPMU FLN project, you will manage and lead the project implementation within the district, overseeing a dedicated team. You will play a critical role in stakeholder engagement, operational planning, and strategic guidance to ensure impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with district and block-level officials, including District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Basic Shiksha Adhikari, DIET Principal, and Block Education Officers.
- Academic and Governance Oversight: Provide academic, governance, and monitoring oversight to the team to meet key project deliverables.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead planning and goal-setting, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, advocating with stakeholders, and ensuring a strong focus on project implementation.
- Technical Guidance: Offer technical support to strengthen review committees and forums for effective project execution.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Project Management Expertise: Strong skills in project management, with proven experience in program implementation.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams for operational or implementation-focused projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Sector Knowledge: Prior experience in the Indian education sector and familiarity with working alongside government stakeholders is preferred.
- Data-Driven Approach: Proven ability to design and monitor data systems for large-scale projects, with strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data.
