Role Overview:
The Campus Manager will lead and manage the assigned center, ensuring its operational and financial performance (P&L). The role involves direct interaction with students, staff, and stakeholders to provide a high-quality educational experience and effective management of campus operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Conversion: Drive walk-in inquiries into enrollments by demonstrating program value.
- Local Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local below-the-line (BTL) campaigns to boost visibility and attract students.
- Campus Operations: Oversee campus facilities to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Academic Coordination: Manage and optimize class schedules for efficient resource utilization.
- Student Well-being: Prioritize safety and address student concerns to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
- Placement Initiatives: Partner with placement teams to enhance job opportunities in relevant sectors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership teams to align strategies and implement best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in a managerial role, ideally in education or service-oriented environments.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attributes: Motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about improving education and employability outcomes.
