Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Summary
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, ensuring that HR initiatives align with organizational objectives to foster effectiveness and employee engagement.

Strategic Partnership
- Align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management strategies.
- Identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities with leadership.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Promote a high-performing culture by embedding organizational values and mission.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
Talent Management
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback systems.
- Collaborate on training and development programs tailored to industry needs.
- Support leadership in succession planning and career development for key talent.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns with fairness and consistency, providing effective solutions.
- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts while adhering to labor laws and company policies.
HR Operations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and recommend actionable solutions.
- Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance systems and deliver effective programs.
Change Management
- Manage organizational changes to ensure smooth transitions and employee alignment.
- Effectively communicate change initiatives across all organizational levels.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or equivalent role.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments, particularly in edtech or tech, is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Analytical abilities to assess complex situations and recommend strategic solutions.
- Proficiency in HR tools and platforms (e.g., HRIS, performance management systems).
- Strong multitasking ability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
