We’re looking for a Supplier Onboarding Manager to urgently expand our brand portfolio and accelerate our marketplace growth.

About the Role

• Office: Noida Sector 16

• Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday

Core Responsibilities

• Brand Acquisition & Relationships: Own the process of identifying, approaching, and onboarding Beauty & Personal Care brands to our own marketplace.

• End-to-End Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for new suppliers/brands, guiding them through contracts, SKU selection, pricing, and operational setup.

• Negotiation & Market Insight: Represent our company with confidence in meetings, negotiate SKUs and commercials, and use market knowledge to ensure we maintain competitive advantage.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, tech, and marketing to ensure smooth brand onboarding and launch.

Top 3 Must-Haves

1. Strong Industry Network – Active and demonstrable contacts within the Beauty & Personal Care ecosystem (brand managers, distributors, category heads). We are not looking for candidates who need to start from scratch.

2. Communication & Negotiation – Excellent presentation skills, strong persuasion, and the ability to secure favourable terms while maintaining positive supplier relationships.

3. Deep Category Experience – Proven background in BPC. Ideal candidates will have worked at emerging beauty and personal care marketplaces or on the brand side as e-commerce/category managers and have knowledge of other brands too.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and demonstrates the following:

• Location & Availability: Must be based within 30 minutes of Noida Sector 16 and willing to work from the office daily.

• Stability & Commitment: Minimum 2 years in a single company is mandatory; 3+ years strongly preferred. We are not looking for job-hoppers. This is a role for someone who is serious about growing with a robust startup for several years.

• Self-Management: Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and follow through.

• Reporting Discipline: Strong documentation habits (written updates, onboarding trackers, weekly reporting).

• Tech & AI Orientation: Comfortable using AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to speed up research, lead generation, and reporting.

• Enterprising Mindset: Takes ownership, thinks ahead, and drives outcomes without constant supervision.
