Role Overview: Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, managing data, analyzing insights, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer personalized gut health solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.

Data Management & Analytics:

- Manage and organize sales data to track performance and customer interactions.
- Analyze data to derive insights that inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Use CRM tools to maintain records and report on key sales metrics.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Effectively communicate value proposition to clients across different channels (calls, emails, virtual meetings).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing and customer support initiatives.

Target Achievement & Incentives:

- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to unlock lucrative performance-based incentives.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

- 1–2 years of experience in an inside sales, client-facing, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data management and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
