Role Summary
We are hiring hands-on Corporate Partnerships Managers to build Sova Health’s B2B corporate
business. This is an end-to-end role covering lead generation, pitching, pilot closures, and long-term
enterprise partnerships with corporate HR and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own the B2B corporate sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
● Engage with HR, Benefits, Wellness, ESG, and Leadership teams
● Drive revenue generation via pilots and annual corporate contracts
● Run outbound lead generation using LinkedIn, email, and sales tools
● Pitch Sova’s Corporate Gut Health Programs
● Manage pilots (30–60 days) and convert them into long-term partnerships
● Maintain CRM hygiene and track funnel metrics
● Contribute to building scalable sales playbooks and GTM processes
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
● 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Partnerships / Business Development
● Proven experience selling to corporate HR or enterprise stakeholders
● Hands-on with lead generation tools:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Lusha
Apollo.io (or similar)
● Strong outbound skills (cold email + LinkedIn outreach)
● Excellent communication & presentation skills
● Target-driven, ownership mindset, comfortable in a startup environment
Good to Have:
● Experience in corporate wellness, healthcare, insurance, or SaaS
● Experience running pilots or proof-of-concept programs
● Understanding of employee benefits or wellness budgets
What Success Looks Like:
● Build a strong outbound corporate pipeline
● Close multiple pilots and convert them into annual contracts
● Establish Sova Health as a credible corporate wellness partner
● Contribute meaningfully to revenue and GTM strategy
