Job Description: Senior Recruiter – Fintech (Healthcare Sector)

Position: Senior Recruiter

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 6 Days – Monday to friday ( WFO ) | Saturday ( WFH )

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview:

As a Senior Recruiter , you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our mission in transforming the healthcare finance landscape. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to make a direct impact on the future of fintech in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions within the fintech and healthcare sectors, from sourcing to onboarding.

-Develop and implement strategic recruitment campaigns to attract top talent in the fintech and healthcare industries.

-Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, referrals, networking, and headhunting to build a strong candidate pipeline.

-Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview strategies.

-Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.

-Manage candidate relationships to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Minimum 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the fintech or healthcare sector.

-Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to candidate placement.

-Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

-Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitive landscape in fintech and healthcare.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
