We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in a staffing firm environment at Savanna HR. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for startups and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles. Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Understand client requirements and job descriptions to identify and attract suitable talent.
Startup Hiring Expertise:
Leverage experience in startup hiring to identify candidates with the right skills, adaptability, and culture fit.
Build strong talent pipelines for startups by focusing on roles in tech, operations, marketing, and leadership.
Sourcing Strategies:
Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter), networking events, and referral programs to source candidates.
Explore innovative sourcing techniques tailored to startup hiring challenges.
Candidate Engagement:
Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
Client Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between clients and candidates to ensure alignment of expectations.
Provide market insights, hiring trends, and recruitment best practices to clients.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Regularly update talent pools for future hiring needs.
Key Metrics and Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Present recruitment performance reports to management and clients.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with account managers, team leads, and other recruiters to achieve team and client goals.
Support branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to startup hiring and staffing firm environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and advanced search techniques.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with startup ecosystems and industry-specific hiring trends (e.g., tech, SaaS, D2C).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic situations.
Tech Skills: Comfortable using recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and reporting software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hiring for both technical and non technical leadership roles.
Strong network in the startup ecosystem.
Certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
