Key Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter:

Identifying Hiring Needs

Collaborate with department managers to understand job requirements and the skills needed for each role.

Sourcing Candidates

Use job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and employee referrals to find candidates.

Develop recruitment campaigns to attract talent.

Screening Applications

Review resumes and cover letters to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.

Interview Coordination

Schedule and organize interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

Provide feedback and guidance to both the candidate and the internal team.

Employer Branding

Promote the organization as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing.

Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Compliance and Documentation

Ensure the recruitment process adheres to labor laws and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.

Candidate Experience

Ensure a positive experience for candidates, from the application stage to onboarding.

Communicate promptly and provide feedback to candidates.

Metrics and Reporting

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Present reports and insights to improve recruitment strategies.

Skills Required for an HR Recruiter:
