Job Description:
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to join our team. The successful
candidate will play a crucial role in handling employee grievances, drafting HR policies, overseeing
training and development programs, and conducting employee surveys. This role requires a minimum
of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on leadership, problem-solving,
and strategic planning.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Grievance Handling
● Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively.
● Conduct investigations and provide fair resolutions.
● Develop and implement grievance procedures.
Policy Drafting
● Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
● Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
● Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence.
Training and Development
● Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
● Identify training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations.
● Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
Conducting Surveys
● Develop and conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.
● Analyze survey results and provide actionable insights.
● Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
General HR Management
● Provide guidance and support to HR team members.
● Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
● Ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.
Learning & Development
● Track training for each employee at individual level
● Develop a learning and development policy.
● Hand book maintenance.
Employee data
● Maintain the complete database of all employees in payroll in a specific excel sheet.
● Software and update them regularly with any changes
● Maintain and update the organograms for the district along with the master data of employees
Performance Management
● Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally
through letters.
● Communicate the process of annual / midyear appraisals, receive, verify the forms and share
the consolidated outcome in specified formats.
● Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner
Data Management
● Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents at
the district level
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
● Proven experience in handling employee grievances, policy drafting, and training
programs.
● Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and NGO norms.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
● Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: India based fully remote with periodic domestic travel.
