We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to lead the Human Resources function in our fast-growing EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business objectives, foster a culture of innovation, and attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also capable of rolling up their sleeves and executing HR operations effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.

Partner with the leadership team to drive organizational change, improve employee engagement, and enhance workplace culture.Design scalable HR processes to support the company’s growth trajectory.

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various functions.

Develop employee value propositions and employer branding initiatives.

Implement retention strategies, including competitive compensation structures and career development programs.

Learning & Development:

Create and drive learning and development initiatives to build employee capabilities.

Develop leadership development programs to nurture future leaders.

Performance Management:

Design and implement a performance management system that aligns with business objectives.

Ensure timely and constructive feedback, career progression, and succession planning.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Manage HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR analytics to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

Foster a workplace culture that values diverse perspectives and encourages innovation.

Employee Engagement:

Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.

Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to address employee concerns proactively.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD) are preferred.

Experience:

10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.

Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, preferably in EdTech or similar industries.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development principles.

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proven ability to influence and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Proficient in HR software and data analytics.
