Job Title: Faculty – JEE / NEET (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biology)
Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and high-impact educators to teach JEE Advanced, JEE Mains, and NEET curriculum with strong conceptual clarity and application-oriented pedagogy. This role goes beyond classroom teaching—focusing on mentorship, student development, and academic excellence in a residential school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Delivery
Deliver high-quality teaching for JEE Advanced, JEE Mains, and/or NEET curriculum with strong conceptual depth and problem-solving focus.
Design and implement structured classroom pedagogy to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and gender-sensitive classroom environment that encourages equal participation.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and promote critical thinking and analytical problem-solving.
Assessment & Student Performance
Conduct regular assessments and analyze student performance data to improve learning outcomes.
Provide academic guidance and test-taking strategies to help students maximize performance.
Mentorship & Student Development
Mentor students on academic growth, career pathways, and long-term learning goals.
Support students in exam applications, college selection, and scholarship opportunities.
Conduct parent counselling sessions to align on student progress, goals, and academic plans.
Program & School Collaboration
Collaborate with school administration to ensure smooth academic program execution.
Maintain and manage student academic records and performance data systematically.
Who We’re Looking For
Educational Qualifications
Full-time degree in M.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech
Strong passion for teaching and working in the education sector
Experience
3+ years of full-time teaching experience in JEE Advanced, JEE Mains, or NEET curriculum
Language Skills
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in local/regional language is mandatory
Pedagogical Strength
Strong conceptual clarity and ability to simplify complex topics
Experience with structured pedagogy and exam-oriented teaching frameworks

High ownership and accountability for student outcomes
Student-first mindset with focus on individual learning growth
