Executive Assistant to Vice Chairman & Director

Role Purpose:

 Ensuring smooth functioning of Vice Chairman/ Director day to day schedule through meticulous

planning, implementation and timely reviews.

 The set objective is to be achieved through regular, timely and proper coordination and generating reports, communicating with otherstakeholders, Keeping records etc.

 Ensuring organized planning of the Vice Chairman/ Director calendar by maintaining & updating their calendars with meetings, schedule and events from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Performing secretarial work like handling office- management duties, making travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports, and maintaining the calendarand contact directory.

 Coordinating with other stakeholders

 Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of VC/Director

 Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders to all management members.

 Maintain documents (hard as well as soft), organize databases and keep confidential records.

 Performing secretarial and administrative duties.

 Preparing minutes of the meetings and follow up on all tasks assigned.

 Liaising with internal and external departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.

 Coordinating with Newspaper agencies for placing ads related to School admissions, recruitment, etc.

 Performs other duties as assigned by the Vice Chairman /Director.

REQUIREMENTS

a) 10-15 years of relevant experience

b) Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Internet. Should be able to work in ERP environment.

c) Typing (short hand), formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.

d) Excellent interpersonal skills

e) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Hindi)

f) Integrity and confidentiality.
