We are looking for a passionate and industry-experienced \*\*Digital Marketing Instructor\*\* to design and deliver a comprehensive, hands-on digital marketing curriculum. The ideal candidate will combine \*\*real-world industry expertise with strong teaching and mentoring skills\*\*, enabling students to become job-ready digital marketing professionals.
This role involves curriculum development, classroom instruction, student evaluation, and close collaboration with internal teams including Teaching Assistants and Placements.
Key Responsibilities\*\*
Curriculum & Content Development\*\*
\* Design, develop, and continuously update a \*\*comprehensive digital marketing curriculum\*\* aligned with current industry trends and hiring needs.
\* Build \*\*practical assignments, live projects, and case studies\*\* that help students apply concepts in real-world scenarios.
\* Identify emerging industry changes and ensure course content remains relevant and up-to-date.
Teaching & Instruction\*\*
\* Deliver engaging, interactive digital marketing sessions using \*\*real-world examples and hands-on activities\*\*.
\* Ensure high student engagement, comprehension, and retention through effective teaching methodologies.
\* Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to track student progress.
Student Evaluation & Feedback\*\*
\* Evaluate student projects against \*\*industry standards\*\* and provide personalized, constructive feedback.
\* Conduct \*\*viva sessions\*\* to assess conceptual clarity and real-world application skills.
\* Identify learning gaps and support students in improving their performance.
Team & Operations Management\*\*
\* Manage and guide Teaching Assistants to ensure timely and effective resolution of student queries.
\* Collaborate with internal teams to define evaluation methods and learning outcomes.
Career & Placement Support\*\*
\* Work closely with the placements team to support students in their job search journey.
\* Conduct \*\*resume reviews, mock interviews, portfolio feedback, and career coaching\*\* sessions.
Industry & Skill Upgradation\*\*
\* Stay updated with the latest tools, platforms, best practices, and trends in digital marketing.
\* Integrate emerging technologies and AI tools into the curriculum where relevant.

\* Strong knowledge of:

AI & Marketing Tools\*\*
\* Hands-on experience or working knowledge of:
\* ChatGPT, Gemini \* Copy.ai, Copilot \* Adobe Firefly \* Optimo, Perplexity
