Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Purchase Manager to lead our procurement function. The ideal candidate will bring strong vendor management skills, sharp negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of procurement processes in the food and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end procurement: needs identification, sourcing, negotiation & contract management
- Source and evaluate suppliers for cost, quality, and reliability
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery/quality issues
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize cost savings and minimize risks
- Collaborate with chefs, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless procurement
- Track procurement KPIs and manage budgets efficiently
- Stay updated with industry trends, products, and technologies

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years’ procurement experience (preferably in food & hospitality)
- Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and vendor management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Proficiency in procurement software/tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines – Willingness to travel for supplier visits and industry events
