Position: Cohort Manager

Location: Gurugram, India (with travel to different countries) 

Role Overview 
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cohort Manager Management program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the cohort, ensuring discipline, maintaining attendance, and facilitating smooth communication and coordination with professors. This role requires extensive travel as the cohort manager will accompany students to eight different countries throughout the program.

Maintaining Operational Excellence 
● Manage logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the program runs smoothly. 
● Collaborate effectively with other departments within

● Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative staff. 
● Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the cohort. 
● Maintain records and reports related to the cohort’s progress and activities. 
Championing Student Experience 
● Foster a positive and engaging learning environment, build a sense of community, and promote cultural understanding. 
● Oversee the discipline and attendance of the cohort. 
● Facilitate logistics and administrative aspects of the program, including student housing, food, and travel arrangements. 
● Monitor academic progress and well-being of students. 
● Coordinate with catering services or on-campus dining facilities to ensure students have access to meals during their stays. 
Event Management 
● Planning and execution of student orientation week, cohort activities, and events. 
● Manage local student experiences, including business and cultural immersions and travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile: 
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field. 
● Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or student experience management (travel industry experience a plus). 
● Experience in managing student cohorts or educational programs. 
● Proficiency in using educational technology and management software. 
● Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills. 
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
● Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively. 
● A passion for education and student development.
