Description
We are looking for a Program Manager who is passionate about education and has experience
managing high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational capabilities, an eye
for detail, and a deep understanding of how learning happens, both inside and outside the
classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Coordination
● Drive day-to-day execution of the education transformation project across partner
institutions.
● Coordinate with internal teams, government stakeholders, university leaders, and
implementation partners to ensure smooth delivery.
● Monitor timelines, track deliverables, and proactively identify and solve bottlenecks
● Serve as the bridge between company and government officials, university leaders and
on-ground teams.
● Communicate program goals, timelines, and updates with clarity and professionalism.
● Support in organizing review meetings, workshops, and field visits.
Documentation & Reporting
● Maintain accurate and detailed program documentation including progress reports,
implementation updates, and feedback summaries.
● Support in preparing presentations and review decks for senior stakeholders.
On-Ground Implementation Support
● Travel to field locations regularly to oversee program implementation, collect feedback, and
troubleshoot challenges.
● Build strong relationships with educators and administrators to ensure high engagement
and program success.
Requirements
● 3–6 years of work experience, ideally in education-focused roles, NGOs, university
systems, or impact-driven organizations.
● Strong preference for candidates with experience in education transformation, teacher
training, curriculum delivery, or program operations in education.
● Excellent project management and coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple
priorities.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with diverse
stakeholders.
● High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
● Comfortable with regular travel within Punjab.
● Fluency in English is a must; Punjabi is a strong advantage.
