Job Overview:

A Junior Product Manager supports the product team in the development, launch, and optimization

of products. This role involves assisting with product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional

teams, conducting market research, and helping define product requirements to deliver customer-

focused solutions. A Junior Product Manager works under the guidance of senior product managers

to help execute the product vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Research: Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors. Assist in analyzing

customer feedback and using it to inform product decisions.

· Product Planning: Help create product roadmaps, define product features, and prioritize the product backlog under the guidance of

senior team members.

· Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product

development and launch processes.

· Product Documentation: Draft product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Maintain clear and updated product

documentation.

· Product Testing: Assist in testing new features and functionality, gather user feedback, and ensure product quality standards are

met.

· Data Analysis: Analyze product performance, track key metrics, and use data to support product decisions and recommend

improvements.

· Product Launch Support: Assist with the go-to-market strategy, coordinate product launches, and ensure that all teams are aligned

with the product’s timeline.

· Customer Engagement: Support customer feedback loops, including surveys, interviews, and testing, to understand user needs and

improve the product.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of product development processes and technical concepts.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

· Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and build relationships across departments.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· 2-5 years of experience in product management

· Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is required

· Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) is beneficial

· Familiarity with the pharma and life science industry is a plus
