Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and target new customer segments and markets.
Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
Marketing
Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including website, email, and social media strategies.
Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI to optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and market regulations.
