Key responsibilities include:
 Talent Acquisition:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various roles.
Develop and maintain effective talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
MIS Maintenance and Reporting:
Manage HR Management System (HRMS) databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Generate regular reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Analyze data trends to provide insights and recommendations for HR strategy improvement.
 Employee Grievance Redressal:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring timely resolution.
Implement and maintain grievance handling procedures in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and conflict resolution.

 Policy Drafting:
Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Communicate changes in policies and procedures to employees and provide training as needed to ensure understanding and adherence.
 Data Retrieval:
Retrieve and analyze HR data from various sources to support decision-making and strategic planning processes.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
 Performance Management:
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with managers and employees to identify development opportunities and support career growth initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
 Master’s degree in human resources or related field.
 Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and MIS maintenance
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
 Proven track record of effectively managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Days- 6 Days
Timings – 10:00 am – 6 :00 pm
