Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Full product lifecycle management including ideation, new development, in and end-

of-life management

2. Creating strategic product visions and roadmaps driven by experience to research

and engage our learners.

3. Leading a product design and development working with internal and external project

teams to deliver functional and repeatable new products

4. Building, growing and utilizing relationships with internal teams, partners and vendors

to support product lifecycle management

5. Contributing to our go-to-market proposition strategy.

6. Supporting the sales communities in winning new and retaining existing business

through product training, customer meetings and general opportunity contribution

7. Doing continual competitive analysis through the monitoring of product performance metrics

coupled with industry innovations, trends and competition research

8. Overall driving the product and business-planning process across cross-functional

teams of the company

9. Managing curriculum development and administration

10. Performing continual process improvement by keenly evaluating training results

using KPIs

11. Establishing solid and trusting partnerships through exceptional relationship-building

skills; utilizing solid Communication and interpersonal abilities to secure employee, client,

and management trust

12. Administering a learning and development budget and supervising a team of L&D

specialists and analysts

13. Managing our sales team tech requirement in various CRM like LSQ, Ozonetel,

Intellect, Chatbot etc

14.. Managing blackboards and LMs for offline and online verticals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant

certifications in project management or educational technology are advantageous.

● Proven experience in program management, preferably within the education or

edtech sector.

● Strong understanding of online learning platforms, instructional design principles, and

educational technologies.

● Experience with curriculum development, course design, and online content creation.

● Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

and meet deadlines.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate program effectiveness and

implement improvements.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with

internal teams, faculty, and students.

● Experience in managing and mentoring a team, providing guidance, and fostering a

positive work environment.

● Technologically adept with proficiency in using learning management systems and

other edtech tools.

● Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality educational

experiences.

● Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
