Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and trustworthy Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably with a Company Secretary (CS) qualification, to manage the personal and corporate financial affairs of the Family held Companies and foundation. This offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of private wealth, corporate finance, and strategic investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Family Trust Finance Management:

o Oversight of Family Trust and Family Holding Companies financial portfolio including cash flows, tax planning, investments, and trusts

o Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance for personal entities

• Corporate Oversight:

o Monitor and manage the finances of group companies and special purpose vehicles (SPVs)

o Liaise with auditors, company secretaries, legal teams, and business heads on financial structuring and reporting

o Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across companies

• Investment Management:

o Evaluate new investment opportunities and perform due diligence

o Track performance of ongoing investments across sectors and geographies

o Maintain MIS dashboards for investments and group holdings

• Compliance & Governance:

o Ensure compliance with corporate and personal tax regulations, RBI/FEMA guidelines, and Companies Act provisions

o Support Board/Shareholder meetings and maintain statutory records

• Stakeholder Coordination:

o Coordinate with bankers, consultants, and financial institutions on behalf of the Family Office

o Interface with internal teams, advisors, and partners on transactions and financial matters

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience

• Company Secretary (CS) qualification (foundation or complete) is preferred

• Experience working in family offices, high-net-worth individual (HNI) portfolios, or conglomerates

• Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment structuring, taxation, and compliance

• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Work Environment:

• Work from office – 5 days working at Nehru Place, New Delhi

• Fast-paced and highly trusted role with access to confidential financial matters

• Directly reporting and working closely with top leadership and legal/finance teams
