Description

Regulatory Reporting (IRDA Compliance)  
• Managing Business MIS covering both internal MIS and IRDAI/IIB reporting across premium, claims 
and other functions. 
• To network with industry and other players for nurturing business intelligence in financial domain.  
• Accurate, timely and up-to-date submission of various statutory reports – IRDAI, GIC, IIB
• Ensuring proactive actions in line with changes in the regulatory framework (For e.g. changes in the 
EOM regulations.) 
2. Technical Excellence Monitoring  
• Managing GARO reporting pertaining to various reporting – ICT, Claims QBR, Fastboard etc.  
• Monitoring the claims ratios at LOB level and engaging various stakeholders to optimize the 
portfolio performance. 
• Loss ratios needs to be reviewed at detailed level – Vehicle type/ branch / state with new/ existing/ 
rollover business etc to meet Plan target defined for the year.  
• Monitoring various NFI KPI’s and reporting pertaining to the same. 
3. Process Improvement and Efficiency  
• Drive cost initiatives across the Company continuously to optimize costs.  
• Actively participate in business decisions and Cost Benefit Analysis to optimize costs at the point of 
commitment.  
• To proactively work with stakeholder to provide solution for ease of business in both collection and 
payment areas. 
• Identifying opportunities for standardization, transformation and automation of financial processes, 
practices, and services to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
