Description
S/he will be accountable for quality delivery of changes and smooth execution of projects for Digital applications. S/he will analyze and Digital-Tech Projects/Programs requirements, prepare/ review functional spec documents and successfully deliver the project within Scope, Timelines , Budget & Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance and maintain company’s online platforms, digital applications and integrations with partner ecosystem based on evolving trends and business priorities.
Collaborate with business, operations, digital marketing and partners to drive ecommerce business.
Expert project management skills to ensure successful delivery of online platforms and digital assets within Scope, Timelines, Budget & Quality.
Researches, recommends and implements best practices and solutions to support the growth of business and improving Customer experience.
Create and put into place an efficient and effective release process so as to ensure agility in the Digital SBU being able to make changes relating to Products, new applications, business processes and Buying journey.
Identify right partners to work with for different requirements of the SBU after deciding on whether one needs to buy or build
Ensure speedy integrations with partner’s platform and manage business stakeholder (internal and external) expectations.
Drive the development of buy journey/ APIs for new online insurance products ensuring functionality at or exceeding agreed upon specification/rules/ guidelines.
Effective reporting of engagement metrics to be put into place and constant monitoring of the same to ensure action/course correction is done when needed.
Ability to “lead from front” with keen understanding of relationship management and stewardship of business relationships.
Demonstrate success in creating impact quickly within the cross functional SBU
Job Specifications:
Qualifications:
MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech
Experience:
At least 10 years’ experience working as a Technology lead / project manager within the insurance industry, ideally across Operations, Sales, products or regulatory driven programs
At least 2-3 years of experience in data warehousing, system integration and data architecture.
S/he will consult with Business Analyst, developers to evaluate business requirements, evaluate existing or proposed systems.
Review detailed technical design document to enable quality development.
Must have managed technical vendors
Experienced and qualified in tech project management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills – experience working with senior executives is preferred.
Comfortable working with uncertainty, highly adaptable.
Should have prior work experience with functional user.
