Teacher Trainer (PCMB)
Position Summary:
The Teacher Trainer is responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching practices across both offline and
online classrooms through a robust feedback mechanism and structured upskilling sessions, adhering
to the Vision of company. This role includes school visits, observation of teaching practices,
coaching, and maintaining detailed performance records. The role also supports training programs and
teacher professional development initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Classroom Observations & Feedback – Offline
● Conduct school visits to observe live classroom teaching and utilisation of academic and
tech products in the school during visits.
● Provide detailed, rubric-based feedback to teachers to support improvement in
instructional practices.
● Collect and analyse student feedback on teaching effectiveness to inform coaching
efforts.
2. Classroom Observations & Feedback – Online
● Observe approximately 15 online teachers per month in live teaching sessions.
● Conduct 1-on-1 meetings (15–30 minutes per teacher per month) to provide individual
feedback.
● Document all observations and feedback in the designated tracking sheet, ensuring
adherence to rubrics.
3. Teacher Training & Upskilling Support
● Support in the onboarding training of new teachers.
● Facilitate or co-facilitate training and upskilling sessions as per organisational needs.
● Contribute to the design of training modules based on recurring gaps observed in
classroom performance.
4. Data Management & Coordination
● Maintain accurate records of classroom observations, teacher feedback, and training
attendance.
● Support the training team by compiling and organising teacher performance data to track
growth over time.
5. Large Group Meetings & Retention Programs
● Serve as a teacher and trainer in student retention programs across clusters.
● Actively contribute to the planning and execution of Cluster Meets and Bootcamps as a
member of the training team.
6. Periodic Training & Curriculum Support
● Conduct academic training and offer curriculum-specific support to teachers.
● Address recurring challenges in curriculum delivery to enhance overall instructional
effectiveness.
Requirements:
● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or related academic roles.
● Product design experience is preferred.
Skills:
● Strong classroom observation and coaching skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Familiarity with teacher performance rubrics.
● Ability to analyze student and teacher feedback.
● High level of attention to detail and organization.

Salary Details: Commensurate with experience.
Location: Remote with periodic travel.
