👩🏻‍💻 About the role

\*\*What will you do?\*\*

- Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive classes in Human Resource Management, integrating real-world examples and interactive activities to enhance student learning and retention.

- Assess student projects and assignments against industry standards, providing personalized feedback to foster skill development and understanding.

- Conduct interactive sessions to evaluate students’ application of HR concepts in practical scenarios, offering constructive feedback on their performance.

- Implement regular assessments to track student progress, deliver timely feedback, and refine course content as needed.

- Stay updated with HR industry trends, best practices, and innovations, integrating relevant updates into course materials and teaching methodologies.

- Collaborate with the placements team to support students in their career development, offering guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and professional networking.

- Mentor and coach teaching assistants (TAs) to ensure effective doubt resolution sessions and project evaluations.

Who are we looking for?

- Has a minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a preference for teaching experience.

- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of HR fundamentals, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR analytics.

- Passion for teaching and a commitment to imparting practical HR knowledge and skills to students.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating students from diverse backgrounds.

- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment methods is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools is advantageous.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
