Roles and Responsibilities:
You’ll be the person who ensures our platform onboards the best-suited beauty and
personal care brands.
You’ll be the main point of contact for new suppliers/ brands, guiding them meticulously
through our systems and requirements.
You’ll spearhead onboarding procedures and proactively identify areas for process
improvement.
You’ll negotiate, make deals with brands and suppliers and decide the SKUS that should
be listed on the platform.
You’ll coordinate and communicate with other verticals like logistics and marketing, as
and when needed.
Must-Haves for This Role:
This role requires a mix of industry connections, strategic thinking, communication and
operational diligence.
1. Established Network & Sourcing Channels within the Cosmetics/Beauty
Category: You must possess existing personal relationships with cosmetic
brands. Crucially, you need demonstrable channels and strategies for
proactively reaching out to and engaging new potential suppliers in this sector.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Every decision regarding supplier selection,
onboarding prioritisation, and performance evaluation will be based on robust
data analysis. You must be driven by data and an entrepreneurial mindset.
