Job Title: HR Recruiter – Sales & Volume Hiring (EdTech Sector)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days- 6 (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales roles (both B2B and B2C) in a fast-paced environment within the EdTech sector.

- Handle high-volume hiring across various sales teams including Business Development Executives, Sales Managers, and other sales-related positions.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a strong pipeline of candidates is maintained.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates using multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.

- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and data on the hiring process, ensuring compliance with recruitment metrics and timelines.

- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates through the recruitment process.

- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

- Monitor trends in the talent market to ensure competitive hiring strategies.

- Assist in employer branding initiatives and contribute to talent attraction strategies.

- Drive onboarding and support the smooth transition of new hires into the organization.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sales hiring and volume hiring in the EdTech or similar fast-paced sectors.

- Sales Hiring Expertise:Proven track record of recruiting for sales teams, particularly for business development and sales roles.

- Volume Hiring:Ability to manage large-scale hiring, source, interview, and hire candidates in bulk while maintaining quality.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

- Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to think creatively and adapt strategies based on business needs and market conditions.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience recruiting for EdTech or educational institutions.

- Certification in HR or recruitment-related programs would be an added advantage.
