Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

● Drive the end-to-end execution of a large-scale education transformation project in

partnership with the Government Instituions.

● Bring consulting-grade structure to program design, delivery, reporting, and

stakeholder engagement.

● Ensure programs are hands-on, engaging, and aligned with modern pedagogical

standards.

Government Engagement & Ecosystem Management

● Serve as the principal point of contact for government counterparts and institutional

partners.

● Build and manage relationships with senior bureaucrats, education officials, and

policy stakeholders.

● Represent company as a trusted strategic partner for systemic educational

improvement.

Program Management & Operational Excellence

● Architect the program’s execution roadmap, timelines, milestones, and performance

metrics.

● Lead documentation, reporting, and compliance processes to ensure seamless

operations.

● Troubleshoot roadblocks and adapt quickly to evolving on-ground realities

Recruit, coach, and manage a team of high-performing program managers and field

staff.

● Foster a results-driven culture focused on innovation, accountability, and student

impact

Ideal Candidate

● 10+ years of experience in consulting, education transformation, or government

advisory roles.

● A structured thinker with experience designing and executing complex,

multi-stakeholder programs.

● Proven success working with government bodies or navigating public-private

partnerships.

● Strong program management and documentation skills with an eye for detail and

quality.

● Passionate about improving education at scale and making hands-on learning a

reality.

● Fluent in English; Punjabi proficiency is a plus for deeper on-ground engagement
